Booking & Communication Policy
At JENeral Beauty, we value your time and our own. To ensure the best possible experience for all our clients, we maintain the following policies regarding appointments, refunds, and how we communicate with you.
1. Appointments, Cancellations & No-Shows
We understand that sometimes schedules change. We request at least 24 hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.

Deposit Requirement: A credit card and deposit are required to book your appointment.

Forfeiture: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or "No-Shows" will forfeit the deposit amount.

Late Policy: If you are over 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame.

"No-Show" Definition: If we do not hear from you 15 minutes into your scheduled time, it is considered a No-Show, and your card will be charged the deposit for the scheduled service.
2. Member Grace Period
We understand that emergencies happen. JENeral Beauty members are granted one (1) grace appointment per year for last-minute scheduling changes, cancellations, or no-shows where the deposit forfeiture is waived.
3. Refunds & Satisfaction
Our goal is your complete satisfaction.

Services: Services received cannot be refunded. However, we will gladly adjust any service within 24 hours of your initial visit. If you are not satisfied, we require you to return to the salon for a visual inspection so we can correct the issue at no additional charge.

Products: Product refunds are considered within 7 days of purchase if the item is unused and in original packaging. A receipt is required, and a restocking fee may apply if the product is opened.

Gift Cards: No refunds or exchanges are provided for gift card orders.
4. Communication & SMS Consent
By providing your phone number and completing a booking, you explicitly consent to receive non-marketing and marketing text messages (SMS) and phone calls from JENeral Beauty.

Scope of Communication: These may include appointment confirmations, reminders, status updates regarding your services, and occasional promotional offers or salon news.

Opt-Out & Frequency: Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. We will send one final SMS to confirm you have been unsubscribed. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the salon.

Charges & Rates: While JENeral Beauty does not charge for text messaging, standard Message and Data Rates May Apply from your wireless carrier.

Privacy & Data Security: Your personal information will be used exclusively for JENeral Beauty services. Your number will never be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.
