Cancelations and No Show

We at Jeneral Beauty understand that sometimes schedules change and therefore request at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. A credit card is required to book your appointment. Appointments canceled within 24 hours or for which clients are a “NoShow” will forfeit the deposit amount. 

 

Remember that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and your card will be charged the deposit of the service scheduled. 

 

We value your and our time and feel that it is fair to honor the same policies we hold to our clients. We deeply understand that accidents or emergencies can happen. For that, Jeneral Beauty members are given one (1) grace appointment a year for last-minute scheduling changes, cancellations, or no-shows.

Refund 

Our intent is for each customer’s satisfaction. Returns and refunds are limited to the following situations:

Services received cannot be refunded.

We will gladly adjust any service you receive within 24 hours of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require you to return to the salon so your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to correct any problems to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the stylist who performed the initial service at no additional charge to you.

Refunds will only be considered if presented within 7 days of purchase. Products can only be refunded if unused and in their original packaging. A restocking fee may be charged if the product is opened or used. Refunds can only be processed with a receipt.

No refunds are given for gift card orders.

Gift card orders are not exchangeable.
