A consultation is required prior to booking to assess hair type, condition, suitability, discuss goals, and provide a final price quote. Includes consultation, strand test (if needed), relaxer application, neutralizing shampoo, deep conditioning treatment, and basic styling.
Cancellation Policy
"By booking, you agree to our Terms and Privacy Policy. A valid credit card is required to hold your online booking. No upfront deposit will be charged. However, appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as no-shows, will be automatically charged a flat $50 cancellation fee to the card on file.
